Frequently asked questions

What is a social media Power Hour?

A Power Hour is a focused 60-minute one-to-one online session. We look at your social media question or concern and agree clear, practical next steps.

Who is the Power Hour for?

Schools and child-focused organisations that need quick, clear guidance on one communication issue, post or concern, without committing to training or a full strategy.

What can we cover?

Content direction, platform choice, consistency, consent and compliance considerations, staff confidence, or a specific post you're unsure about. You choose the focus.

What isn't included?

The session is advice and guidance. It doesn't include social media management, content creation, scheduling, ad setup, graphic design or technical platform setup.

Do I need to prepare anything?

You'll be asked to complete a short prep form when you book, so I understand your priorities. No other preparation is needed.

What happens after the session?

You leave with clear next steps and a recording of the session. If more support would help, I can outline your options, with no obligation to continue.

How does the bundle work?

The bundle gives you three 60-minute sessions for £300, saving £45. You book your first session straight away, and your recordings and notes are kept in the Power Portal.

Is the Power Hour online?

Yes. Every Power Hour runs online, so it fits around the school day.
