Safeguarding-led filming and photography for schools, nurseries, clubs and youth organisations across Lancashire, Manchester and beyond. Consent handled from day one.
Real projects for Sir Tom Finney FC, schools and community programmes across Lancashire and Manchester.
"We are so happy with the footage Rosalind captured for our programme. We have so much material to choose from for our promotion work. Her communication was second to none and would highly recommend her services!"
Corey Patterson, Preston City Council
Every school and child-focused organisation has great stories to tell. Safeguarding responsibilities, media consent, limited time and not knowing where to start can mean those stories never get filmed, or never do you justice.
Bringing someone in to film should feel easy. I understand your environment, put staff and children at ease, and have every permission planned before the day.
You already have media consent processes in place. Applying them confidently on a live filming day is a different matter. I create creative, safeguarding-compliant video and photo content and handle the consent and logistics, so you can show your school's true spirit with confidence.
Deliver sessions, workshops or programmes in schools? Filming there comes with safeguarding and consent responsibilities that sit with you as the visiting organisation. I plan and manage this with you, from pre-visit consent briefings to filming on the day.
Scouts, Brownies, youth clubs, sports clubs and similar settings have the same responsibilities as schools when it comes to filming. I plan consent workflows and filming days with you, so everything is captured safely.
Every film and photo is planned around your story, your audience and your consent processes.
Films that show what makes your school or programme special, for your website, open events and funders.
Sports days, performances, workshops and programmes captured on the day.
Short reels and clips sized for the platforms you use, with subtitles.
Pupils, parents, staff and partners telling your story in their own words.
A film that shows families what life at your school is really like.
Answer a few quick questions about your project and see a price straight away.
What you want to achieve, who it's for and the story you want to tell.
Shot lists, consent workflows, staff briefings and logistics.
Calm and professional, putting children, staff and parents at ease.
Edited to a professional standard, in every format you need.
I'm a creative with over 20 years of experience working with children and young people in and alongside the local authority. I know how to work in your environment in a way that puts everyone at ease.
My background is in theatre directing, so I think about narrative, audience and storytelling from the start. The result is content that looks professional and reflects the real heart of your school or organisation.
Media consent is built into every project from the start. Before a camera is switched on, I work alongside your existing consent processes to make sure everything is in order, support staff to apply them on the day, brief any external visitors and handle every safeguarding consideration as standard.
Primary and secondary schools, academies and multi-academy trusts, nurseries, sports clubs, youth clubs, Scouts and Brownies, arts organisations, charities, and organisations that deliver sessions or programmes in schools.
Yes. For multi-academy trusts, charities working across several sites, or programmes running in different settings, I plan and manage the full production across every location, with the same careful approach to safeguarding and consent at each one.
Everything you need for the platforms you use: full-length promotional films, short social media reels and clips, subtitled versions, B-roll footage and still images. Let me know any specific formats at the planning stage.
A single-day school production typically takes two to three weeks from the first conversation to final delivery. Multi-venue or more complex projects take longer. You get a clear timeline at the start.
