We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to enable retargeting of website visitors. 07How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Contact enquiries — retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact.
- Email subscribers — retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
- Analytics data — retained in line with our Google Analytics settings (currently set to 14 months).
- CRM records — retained for up to 3 years from the date of last engagement, unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
