A day with your team to put the work in place. After an audit, we work through where pictures are stored, what your consent form covers, who can access the media list and how staff check before posting. After a Strategy Session, we put your HV5 plan in place together.

One approach across several schools or settings: shared policy and consent wording, clear admin access across the trust, and guidance every school's staff can follow.

Frequently asked questions
Is this social media management?
No. Consultancy gives your staff the plan, guidance and structure to run your social media confidently in-house.
Which option is right for us?
A Power Hour suits one specific question. A Strategy Session suits a school or organisation that needs a clear plan. A VIP Day puts that plan, or your audit actions, into practice on site. MAT and multi-site support brings several settings onto one approach.
Are the sessions online?
The Strategy Session and Power Hour are online. VIP Days and MAT support can be delivered on site, online or a mix of both.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Invoice and purchase order are both fine for VIP Days and MAT support. The Strategy Session and Power Hour are booked and paid for online.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Most schools and organisations do better using one or two platforms well. Part of every session is deciding what you can stop doing.
What is the HV5 framework?
HV5 is the method behind every session. It starts with your goals, then looks at Voice, Visibility, Vulnerability, Volume and Value, fixing safeguarding and security first.
