Frequently asked questions
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, so an enquiry sent on a Friday or at the weekend gets a reply on Monday.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The type of setting, what you're interested in, and any deadline you're working to, such as an inspection, a policy review or an event. It also helps to know who else needs to be involved, for example your DSL, DPO or headteacher.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Most schools and settings pay by invoice or purchase order, and that's fine for every service.
What can I book online?
The Strategy Session (90 minutes online, £360) and the Power Hour (£115) can be booked and paid for online. Everything else starts with this enquiry form.
Do you work outside Lancashire?
Yes. Harrison Media Solutions is based in Lancashire. Audits, consultancy and online training are delivered anywhere in the UK, and filming and on-site sessions are available where travel allows.
